Retail & IntralogisticsA rack that lifts
A rack that lifts
and tilts.
A motorized picking cart, four lift motors: kept in sync they raise the shelves level — a deliberate position offset pitches them toward the front or the back, wherever loading happens. Both from the same control system, with no separate tilt drive.

- Client
- Ley Metallbau GmbH — mechanical engineering; INOVATIK delivered the software, motor control, and GUI.
- Context
- Prototype of a motorized picking cart for a well-known manufacturer in retail & intralogistics — shown at a trade fair.
- Our part
- Synchronization & control of four lift motors — synchronized lift; tilt via the position offset of two closely spaced rails. A short lever arm: the offset has to be computed exactly, or the shelves jam.

- Why us
- Prototyping end-to-end — from the mechanical concept to a working, operable prototype.
